After fifteen years of owning and managing an event production company in São Paulo, Brazil, Renato Cazulli moved to South Florida in 2014 to transition into the exciting and quickly growing American Real Estate market.

Renato has been trained and inspired in sales and marketing by some of the best in the industry. In his first-year full time in real estate, Renato has helped hundreds of families between home buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. Renato is also a property manager, and have helped international and local investors with acquisitions, sales and managing real estate portfolios.

He uses his experience in large scale event production, sales, and marketing to gain foresight and proactively address details before they become problems. He and his teamwork with the clients, banks, inspectors, and attorneys to initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call to the final closing.

As a family man and father, Renato knows the importance of choosing the right home for each client’s needs; as a businessman, he knows the right retail or commercial space and location can spell success. As someone who has specialized in large- and small-scale marketing for over half of his life, Renato knows that the key to success is customer service, loyalty, efficiency, and above all, honesty.
